The Internal IT Team at Versaterm is responsible for maintaining the corporate computing environment and for providing systems support to North American law enforcement clients. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements, work plans and schedules for both corporate and client systems, installing, configuring, testing and trouble shooting desktops, servers, clusters, SAN and LAN environments.

You will be required to provide timely and professional technical configurations and solutions to a wide variety of customer requirements, ranging from mid sized mission critical server deployments to multi-server, high availability clustered environments.
