I keep the following key secure on a machine with no network connection. It is as close to guaranteed secure as I can offer. It is only used for signing my own keys and the keys of others whose identity I have personally verified..

I use the following keys to sign email on a daily basis. While I believe them to be secure and do everything I can to ensure they remain that way, they are stored on machines with a network connections and therefore could conceivably be compromised at some point. I rotate them annually to help minimize any chance of compromise.
