Thank you Gary. I have opened WP files under OO, but I'd like my WP2000 
operational enough to generate new files, and use the "Reveal Codes" 
feature.
Using OO is too much like M$-Word for my liking.
I did have it mostly functioning under Xandros.

Someone contributed the idea of using a virtual machine, and perhaps 
putting Corel Distribution into that would run WP2000 for me ... another 
learning experience ...

but I'd just like to become an appliance operator, not bleeding-edge 
head-banger!
