Well, if we're going to be recommending ISPs, I've been with Acanac now
for almost a year. No issues at all and am getting 7Mb/s for $19 a
month + $8 dry loop fee. They provide something like 50G storage, email
addresses and so forth included in the price, which I've never used.
Also, no blocked ports.
Unfortunately, that's a first year only introductory price provided you
pay the whole year in advance. The second year is $32 a month. When I
complained they gave me one month for free. Still, changing to another
ISP would cost a lot more, after you factor in all the ancillary fees,
than sticking with what I have.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with Acanac so I'll be sticking around for
another year.
