[oclug] Co-location / hosting environments (Damian Gerow)

You can do a real colo server for $45/mo (minimal bandwidth) which is
what I did. I'm running Gentoo Linux. They are very Linux friendly
though, and I think they even had a surcharge if you were running a
Windows server. I configured my box at home and mailed it to them.
