If you are looking to specifically answer that as a, b, c, or d I am
not certain. I'm sure you know you can ping the site and get it's IP.
That IP would come from the DNS records. Beyond that I can't help
you. I did do some theory with named and configuring a secondary DNS
some while back. But it was a one time thing and not sufficient for
me to absorb much of it seeing it's not something I deal with on a
daily basis.
