Public works and Governement services canada has Terminum, unfortunatly
they are infected with the "cost recovery" virus and so you have to
subscribe for real money unless you work for the Canadian Governement,
and do your looking up at work....

Some folks within the government have been pushing to sugest that this
resource is something that should be shared, but I suspect that it will
take many letters to political types to make it happen.
