[oclug] Anything needed for new person to attend Jan 8 meeting?

Hi,

I'm a new Linux desktop user, having installed Ubuntu about 6 weeks 
back.  I'm interested in checking out an OCLUG meeting, in hopes of 
learning more about Linux.  The OCLUG site suggests just showing up, and 
I wanted to confirm if this is the right way to go about it.  I also was 
wondering what one brings to a meeting, if anything?
