[oclug] SCO vs Novell: The Other Shoe Drops

Judge Kimball has essentially disembowelled SCO's case (and SCO too) in  
summary judgement.  Novell owns the UNIX and UNIXWare copyrights, and to  
top it off he found SCO breached it's fiduciary duty by keeping the MS and  
Sun licensing revenue for itself.  I kind of wish this came down yesterday  
so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to watch SCO's stock do a  
belly-flop 5 minutes after opening.
