[oclug] Keyboard KVM issue under Ubuntu 7.04

I have a rather strange keyboard issue. I installed Ubuntu Feisty 7.04
on my laptop, brand new install. I previously had 6.10 instaled with no
issue. I could switch between the two computer just fine. But now, with
the same hardware, I cannot use my external keyboard anymore. But the
mouse still works fine. The internal ones also work fine. And the
SrcollLock-ScrollLock keystroke does not work anymore to switch to the
other computer. Once the laptop is disconnected, I can switch back with
no problem to my other computer. BTW: The other computer works under
6.10, with all patches implemented. 

I have a 2-way KVM. It connects using PS/2 for common keyboard and
mouse, but USB for the computers. 

Any idea what's happening ?
