In the short time I have attended...

Francis set up an open discussion list, which was ignored.

The techie list was set up, and used.  It sometimes leaks to here
because, apparently, not all good experts attend there.

There was a proposal to set up another open list, which seems not to
have happened.


Lots of people believe in freedom of choice, especially the freedom of
others to choose to do what they are told.
