Actually (as you have noted in private email to me and
Dmitriy just now), he is the moderator and he does have
the authority.

Furthermore, he has discretion to do things how he likes and
the board will back him up.

If anyone has a problem with Dmitriy's work, please bring it
up with the board.

In this case, Dmitriy brought it to my attention.  I have a lot
of confidence in Dmitriy's judgement.

Generally, this list "oclug" is for discussing pretty much anything.
It would be nice if it didn't degenerate into flame-fests every
once in a while, but, if that's what the people who read this
list want ... then you can have flamefests.
