[oclug] dead list again?

Seems to be working for me. I notice though, on the novice list, that
there's a delay of some kind? Someone posted that question about usb
disks, and you (miden) and I both replied with essentially the same
answer, obviously didn't see the other. I don't like working under that
circumstance, it makes one of us look silly depending on whose answer
gets received six hours after the other :-(
Now that I'm using Ubuntu on a day-to-day basis, I'll have lots of
questions as I learn about it and try to move my computing functions one
by one onto it (Vista is launched today... gotta run away!) but they'll
be of the "nice to have" variety.
I'm surprised there aren't more Linux questions out there. Are there
other forums that people use? At any one time, there must be hundreds of
Ottawans trying Linux, either for the first time, or like me, with
increasing depth.
