[oclug] [OT] Monitor Brightness Too High

Thanks for the link.  With the options I have, I'm abandoning the
Friday deadline.  I'm hopeful that I can get this to work.  BTW, if
anyone else knows of a monitor in this condition being thrown out,
please let me know.
