I take issue with this particular assertion.  We are told things like
"Saddam killed <amount> of innocent civilians", not "all the civilians
Saddam killed were innocent".

While I otherwise agree with some of what you said, I don't think this
point stands.  Plus some people seem to consider it inflammatory. ;)
