I'm kind of surprised that Bell didn't give you naked DSL nearly
immediately... I've found that the quickest route to Dry DSL has been
to ask the Sympatico group for it (switching afterwards is much
easier, rather than going directly to a third-party ISP).  What
hold-up were you getting from Bell?
