[oclug] Raid problems

Hello

I was playing around with my Proliant server this weekend Just loaded SME on 
it. I Wanted to see how raid worked with SME. I pulled out one of my drives. 
When I put it back I can not seem to get the  disc back on line. /dev/md1 
any suggestions to recover the array.
