[oclug] Need 3.5" hard drive enclosure

I picked one up at PCCyber a while back, but it has an external PS.  I
don't think any of the 3.5" enclosures I've seen have the option for
USB power only. Since USB provided +5V only at a max of 500 mA, and
most 3.5" HD's require +12V and +5V power in the 700mA range, I'd
guess that you won't find one.
