yup its not going through teleglobe.net either. this is starting too look like 
a potential rogers issue which I assume from your data you are not on.

Ive tried hitting google from various reference on the net but no luck as it 
always routes me through teleglobe and then 216.239.47.81 which appears not 
to be responding (probably a router) As said this started on Sat AM.
