I get 'connection refused' when trying to visit 24.153.22.67, timeout
when trying to visit 192.94.73.1. Perhaps my problem is not with
Rogers, but in that case I have no idea what it could be.

It doesn't appear to be a problem with my machine - my housemates
machine gives the exact same results for those IPs (except that it
gets a connection refused for the second one also, then the web
browser froze and the machine rebooted itself. This is  a Windows
machine).

And I've even been getting the timeout on my partners machine at her
house, on a completely different connection.

I'm still stumped.
