I do not seem to have any problem with that domain name and rogers DNS:

$ host sdf.lonestar.org 24.153.22.67
sdf.lonestar.org        A       192.94.73.1

$ host sdf.lonestar.org 24.153.23.66
sdf.lonestar.org        A       192.94.73.1

If that ip address is correct may I suggest that your issue is not
with Rogers.
