Didn't know NT had VMS in it.  Thought it was just OS/2 with a GUI.

There's a Services For Unix layer that apparently does a good POSIX
job, but obviously that's a Microsoft attempt to get people to run
'legacy' Unix stuff while still paying MS, not an attempt to
improve their OS (or else it'd be the default).
