While I did not move to adjourn per se, I *did* move to table the votes 
on the voting reform and the Board size reduction, because I felt that 
even though technically we had quorum there were extenuating 
circumstances: namely a major snow storm which had died down only about 
an hour prior to the meeting. I also recall not getting a whole lot of 
support in my motion. Even though it's very unlikely that the outcome 
would have been different on either proposal (and the votes went my way 
anyway), I still maintain that we should not have been voting on major 
structural changes to OCLUG under these circumstances.
