[oclug] General Meeting Assessment

Dear Members,

Due to the weather, I was unable to attend the meeting on March 1 to
vote for some very important measures.. However, I am satsified with the
results and grateful for those who are willing to stand up for OCLUG.

The reduction of the number of board members was inevitable, and
signfies a failure of the board.  At the same time, none of the board
was able to justify the board size reduction except in terms of their
failure.
