I used it.  I don't remember too much about it, actually.  I switched
to mutt when I switched to Debian because Pine binaries could not be
distributed under Debian policy.  I thus became aware of Pine's stupid
license, and switched in annoyance. :)

It was satisfactory, albeit not too tightly integrated, I found.  It
might have been one of those 'decrypt it and leave the decrypted copy
lying in the mailbox' style programs; I forget.

I also think it only handled traditional-style PGP, not PGP/MIME, but
they might have improved it since.  This was a *long* time ago.
