Yes really BBT (Bent, Bitter & Twisted) about it.

Effective from March 17th all customer will have a 60Gb combined
upload and download bandwidth cap. That affects all levels from Rogers
Lite to Rogers Extreme

On first offense you will be warned.
On second offense you will get disconnected and reconnected if you call.
On third offense you will be banned from their network.
