[oclug] OT: Need new ISP

Hey guys, in light of Rogers new bandwidth CAP I will probably be
looking soon for a new ISP.
Are you aware of any ISP that resells cable in the Ottawa region?
There are a few in Montreal or Toronto, but that does not really help
me ?!
