[oclug] Tracker software for Time/Activity/Projects/Invoices

Hi OCLUGers,

I'm looking for recommendations for FOSS[1] software that will track
time, projects, activities, and maybe invoicing.  It might be nice if a
simple report could be generated.  Are there any consultant types in the
channel who use software to track this kind of thing?

Something lean and elegant would be best.  I don't really need something
overly complex, but if that's all that is available, then I don't mind
trying it either.
