I would be interested in answers to this question too. For now I have
installed debian 3 on an old 486 laptop but would like to gain a more recent
laptop to maybe have wireless or at least a GUI.
BTW if someone wants to experiment with yellow dog linux on the Mac I have
an old Mac 68K computer with printer and monitor that could be sold to
someone for this purpose. No special deal and I might try yellow dog myself
just for the education.
