Okay. One more thing, this time about the voting reform -- if passed,
does it contradict with the bylaws?
The bylaws plus letters patent say nine now, and the bylaws alone will
say six if that motion passes (as I understand it).
But if negative voting and/or being beaten by the special 'NOTA' non-
candidate eliminate enough candidates to reduce the count below the
bylaw number, what happens then? Empty seats? By-election?
