[oclug] Amendment to Constitution

I may as well add to this but of nonsense.  I propose that we have board
members who are green bug-eye monsters from Betelgeuse who can drink 3 Pan
Galactic Gargle Blasters and still talk.

It would also help if they have read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Someone has been swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool again.

As a board member, I am unaware of any attempt to ban foreign citizens
from the OCLUG Board.  I'd really like to know what Francis is talking
about here (both what proposal he thinks should be voted against, and
why it is that he's proposing a Canadian Citizen-only board).
