Hello OCLUG active members and subscribers of the mailing list,
I'd like to know why you project to restrain the possible participation on your board of valuable foreign people that could get involved.
You can have people, temporarily in Canada, not citizens, that could bring interesting things to the club?
Imagine Linus Torvalds coming to work in Ottawa and getting on your board?
Just adding my thoughts to that chain of interesting reactions.
Bruno

Dear OCLUGers,
Your incompetant Board of Directors is proposing a change to the
consitution and taking away your rights. Did you know that you are
about to vote on changes you know nothing about? I looked for them
specifically on the website and found nothing.
On March 1 you about to castrate yourselves. Please vote NO to
everything the current board proposes.
I, however, have a "write in" proposal.
"Be it resolved by OCLUG that all members of the Board of Directors
be comprised of Canadian citizens only."
This will be voted on at the next meeting
