Check out http://www.dunfield.com. He has a schematic that turns your PC into
a universal remote. I have the schematic in front of me now. look for
IR-232 Serial Infrared Remote control. it has a 8031, ls373, 2764, max232,
74ls00, 11.059 crystal, I/R LED, I/R detector and a red LED with a few
resistors and caps. His tools supposedly work under DosEmu.
