[oclug] followup to Thrown in jail for surfing with Lynx

The point that I found interesting was that the writer took the time to
look into the background of a story apparently intended to amuse/alarm
and/or allow that frisson of superiority that Linux users seem to enjoy
feeling and that causes stories like that to be passed on without
criticism.

The rest was just trash.
