[oclug] wireless hotspots in ottawa

Sounds like a good idea to me, I haven't seen an Ottawa list up anywhere
yet.

Maybe a good use for a wiki? I'll put up some space and even pick up a
domain if someone else will take care of the setup (I don't have the
time right now).
