and the new management team, I think that we have been in excellent hands.
In fact, I would think that we operated as an outstanding group despite
the turmoil, the relative inexperience of many board members and the fact
that we have been travelling uncharted waters.

This next year, we can build on what has already been done, deal with the
rough edges and continue to grow. I applaud the old board for it's vigour
and dedication and wish the new board well.

Perhaps next year, I will run. But rest assured, that even if I do run for
the board next year, the world will still not come to an end ;-)
