check-in check-out facility using a CVS  server or some other content
management / versioning system as soon as we can get our own co-located
server up and running in the near future.  As the web site is THE public
face of our LUG content, presentation and tools used will require review
before public posting.  The LUG's server (when standalone & co-located) will
be able to be used for many purposes, including CVS and other requirements
put forth by members.
