 the learning relevant to them, and make it fun."

Ouch... a page on literacy that includes bad grammar and the
trendy-but-idiotic notion that learning is always supposed to be
"fun"...

The CAP is a worthwhile project if its goal is to give people access to
computers and the Internet if they wouldn't otherwise have such access.
But to imagine that computers can improve literacy... sorry, I don't see
the connection.

Back to the regularly-scheduled rants...
