I think it's an impossible task and all I can do is repeat what I said 
to Kevin:

'I don't think there is a solution but one can always hope that with 
enough minds giving at least passing thought to the problem of malicious 
use something as yet unimagined might emerge.

Praying for magic, I suppose.'
