Does it matter that a business might have several locations besides the head 
office.
How is having a call go through a PBX and be directed to another office any 
different?  
Are you concerned that when you think you are calling CCRA on Heron road, your 
call is actually answered by someone on Laurier Street or Billings Bridge?  
Does it matter that you may be talking with a part -time employee, a CO-OP 
student, a term employee or a contractor?   
Would you prefer to wait a long time on hold or be transfered to the next 
available agent?
