[oclug] POTS -> SIP providers in Canada?

Hate to be a pest(1). I can't seem to get a direct answer to this but
I'm trying one last time:

If a business is using this service, can a customer determine if a call
is being forwarded to, or coming from, a location other than the
location listed by the business?

I am assuming that a customer cannot determine this as this would undermine:
