Not true, as my co-worker could tell you.  With fair queuing rules
installed, none of them specific to his VoIP box, he's had zero
complaints -- at least, since I moved him from our faster, less
reliable Rogers business cable link to the slower, more reliable
Magma DSL link.

Also, according to one report I heard, a Linksys VoIP box reduced
someone's bandwidth from 400 kb/s to 200 kb/s *all* the time, even
with no call in progress.
