[GR] The weird thing is this: If I install xine and run the movie it
works fine, sound and all, but when I try to play files with a .wmv
extention then the sound becomes choppy. It's like the sound daemon is
choking on the audio stream.

However, if I unstanll xine and use totem as it was installed bu Ubuntu,
then I can play .wmv files just fine, but I have no sound when I play
movies.

[GR] I have the prper repositoires enabled, it's just that mplayer
requires certain libraries that apt won't insrtall because of soem
conflict with another set of libs.
