and yeast.. but nice open source yeast where you get the useful esters
and other products that you expect and want..  not the stuff which
might be contaminated with an unknown strain (of bad [dna] code).

OT:  Who on the list brews beer or wine?  Just interested in comparing
notes on suppliers and such, please contact me off-list
