Yep... they certainly have at that.
I now use a new, community oriented ISP, called Infogistix. My neighbour
has arranged a carrier feed to be sent wirelessly from Smiths Falls to my
area south of Kemptville. I and other folks up and down the road feed off
his tower. He also serves other communities... he might be able to serve
you too. I've had no problems with the service since I signed up last
Dec... rock solid service. And, it uses Digital Networks gear (already
installed in your home) to make it all happen. :)

Suffice to say, they're not really interested in gaining new customers...
they really have a f**k off attitude.
