[oclug] (OT - maybe) time question

Hello everyone:
	I'm running a program under SuSE 9.1 called
Kweather which gives me immediate information
from the Ottawa International Airport.  Both my
BIOS clock and the SuSE clock were set to local
time but based on a GMT signal.  But, when I
check the official time for sunset, I get two
different times.  The sunset time listed on 
Kweather is often 25 to 30 minutes LATER than
the time shown in the Weather Network forecasts.
As both programs claim their information comes 
from the same source: Ottawa International Airport,
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this
discrepancy. 
	I know its not a big problem, but if there's a bug
in Kweather, then it should be reported.
