I can only speak for Cyrus, the one we use at the office and my home.
I'm pretty happy with it. It has POP3 (INBOX only), IMAP, SSL
versions of both (either on an SSL port or negotiated on a standard
port), Sieve for filtering and putting mail in different boxes, and if
used with sasldb for authentication, doesn't require Unix accounts for
its mailboxes.
I believe we use the standard Sarge packages on both installations.
