Information on the O(1) scheduler is freely available.  Questions
regarding it should not go to linux-kernel unless the person thinks they
have found a problem with the scheduler and can back up their arguments.
That list has enough noise :(

Mr Superyoyo was asking for information to help him learn about the
scheduler. I think Warren Layton covered that well.
