[oclug] Majordomo and Kmail

Bonjour à tous,

 Majordomo has been choking up on my newconfig commands because it
receives the messages quoted-printable.  I'm using KMail 1.3.2 on
KDE 2.2.2 .

 Is there a way to turn off quoted-printable encoding in KMail 1.3.2?  I 
can't seem to find one.
