Is there any way to specify an order that *I* want, instead of having
KDE look at past usage history, or just sorting menus alphabetically?
Also, the submenu entries are always listed before applications in the
menus.

This is what I have done - applications that I tend to leave open all of
the time are launched from the panel, and I have already edited my menus
- I just want to have the items in my ordered in the same way that I
have them saved in kmenuedit.
